House of VixxxSIN Class Waiver & Release

By registering for or attending any Ignite Unbound or House of VixxxSIN class, workshop, or event, you agree to the following: I acknowledge that pole fitness, sensual movement, dance, and other physical activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, muscle strain, falls, slips, or emotional discomfort. I voluntarily assume all such risks. I hereby release and discharge Ignite Unbound LLC, House of VixxxSIN, its owners, instructors, affiliates, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from my participation in classes or use of facilities. I certify that I am physically fit to participate and will disclose any relevant medical conditions to the instructor prior to participation. I understand it is my responsibility to consult a physician regarding my ability to participate safely. I consent to the use of photos, videos, or recordings of me taken during classes or events for promotional purposes by Ignite Unbound LLC unless I revoke this permission in writing. I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this waiver and release. By purchasing or attending, I signify my acceptance electronically and understand this serves as my legal signature.

This Agreement represents the full understanding between the parties. Any modifications must be in writing and agreed to by both parties.
